Legal
This policy explains how Justine Bevilacqua, a sole trader based in Hobart, Tasmania ("I", "me", "my"), collects and handles personal information through this website, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
To respond to your enquiry, to schedule and deliver services, to send information you have asked for, and to keep ordinary business records. I do not sell your personal information, and I do not send you marketing you have not asked for.
I use a small number of trusted service providers who process information on my behalf so I can run my business: website hosting (Vercel), scheduling and client management (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), and email (Google). Some of these providers may store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. I take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your information appropriately.
I take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
I keep personal information only as long as I need it for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify it.
You can ask to access or correct the information I hold about you, or ask me to delete it, by emailing hello@justinebevilacqua.com. If you have a privacy concern I cannot resolve, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
