Map one job you repeat before you hand any of it to AI. It interviews you, draws the map, finds the slowest step and writes the instructions at the end.

Six moves, in order: Sketch the job as it really runs, Obliterate what isn't worth anyone's time, Route every step, Teach it what good looks like, Embed the stop cords, Do it and review. Add it to Claude as a skill, or paste it into a ChatGPT project. It never suggests AI until you've drawn and trimmed the job first.
